We run tours 5 tours a day Tuesday to Sunday

How long is the tour

The tour takes roughly 1 hour and 45 minutes which includes a full tasting

Do you have parking

We have no on site parking available
Paid on street parking is available on Chiswick Lane South and Netheravon Road South. On street parking is free on Weekends

Do you have wheelchair access

Unfortunately given the historic nature and manufacturing purpose of the site the tour is unsuitable for those with mobility issues. However our Brewery Shop is fully accessible. More info can be found here via the button below

Do we have to book before visiting?

Yes. We have a limited number of tickets available on each tour slot. All guests must book a ticket via our website for their visit.

Where do we go when we arrive

Please make your way into the The Brewery Shop and let a member of the shop team know you are here for a brewery tour.

What if I'm late

Tours will leave promptly on the time stated on your ticket. We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your departure time. If you are running late please contact us

Is it a guided tour

Yes, our brewery tour guide will take you through the brewery and you will end your tour in our Hock Cellar for your beer tasting session. Your guide will be happy to take questions and will share the Fuller's Brewery story in an entertaining and captivating manner.

Can I book on a tour over the phone

No - all bookings must be made online

Are you allowed to bring cameras and camcorders in

Yes – cameras, mobiles and camcorders can be used on site – make sure to tag us in if posting online #fullersbrewery

Where is My Order?

If you have not received your order after 5 working days please contact us via web.orders@fullersbrewery.co.uk stating you Name and Order Number

My order has arrived damaged or missing items?

If you receive your order and it has been damaged or missing items please contact us immediately so can investigate and rectify

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to most UK Mainland addresses. We no longer offer International Deliveries for any of our products

How long will my order takle to arrive?

Standard delivery will normally take between 2 and 5 days.

When are orders sent?

Orders are dispatched on working days only. Any orders placed on non-working days or after 12pm will be accepted on the next available working day. We do not deliver on Sunday

Packaging

We aim to use the minimum amount of packaging when we ship however due the nature of the product we sell packaging is necessary to protect your order. All internal and outer shipping packaging is fully recyclable via your household refuse collections.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatch and a 2 hour delivery window text from DHL Parcel (UK) when your order is out for delivery.

Who will deliver my items?

All orders are delivered via our courier partner DHL Parcel (UK).

Can I have my order delivered to a pub to Fuller's pub to collect?

No as we are now a separate company from the pub chain we are unable to send items to pubs to collect

Returns, Cancelations and Refunds

If you wish to cancel or return your order please refer to our returns and cancelations page.

Can I order barware and glassware for my pub

We do not supply pubs glassware and point of sale material. Please contact your sales rep to arrange glassware or POS items.

Brewery Shop

Can I kegs and firkins?

Yes we sell kegs and firkins - please contact us directly to arrange as notice will be required.

Do you serve food?

Unfortunately no we are only serve beers and ciders - there are a number of very nice place to eat locally and we would be happy to recommend somewhere.

Can I bring my own food?

No we do not allow food to be consumed on the premises

Are you pet friendly?

Yes well behaved dogs are very welcome.

How can I pay?

Our whole site is a cashless site. This means you will need to pay with cards or via mobile for all purchases carried out in our beer hall and shop.
