Delivery Information

We deliver to most UK Mainland addresses. We no longer offer International Deliveries for any of our products

We offer FREE delivery to most UK Mainland addresses for orders over £50. For orders under £50, delivery costs £4.95.

Standard delivery: Will normally take between 2 and 5 working days.

But please note, orders are dispatched on working days only. Any orders placed on non-working days or after 12pm will be accepted on the next available working day. We do not deliver on Sunday or Bank Holidays.

 

We offer home delivery via our courier partner DHL Parcel (UK). You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatch and a 2 hour delivery window text from DHL Parcel (UK) when your order is out for delivery.

All deliveries will be delivered to your door or with a neighbour. We may ask for you to sign for your delivery and may ask for ID to verify age. If you are out when the courier arrives, the courier may leave a card with a contact number for you to call. In the event you are asked by a courier to re-arrange a delivery, you are responsible to arrange this delivery.

We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. We are unable to accept liability for any delays.

We aim to use the minimum amount of packaging when we ship however due the nature of the product we sell packaging is necessary to protect your order. All internal and outer shipping packaging is fully recyclable via your household refuse collections.
